Short version: your formulas and labels are created in your browser and are not sent to our servers. We collect only what is needed to run the site and, if you subscribe, to bill you.

Label data

Everything you type into the label maker is processed locally in your browser. Your draft and any saved labels are stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device. Clear your browser data to delete them. We do not receive, sell or use your formulas for any purpose.

Contact form

If you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply. We keep them for up to 24 months.

Payments

Premium payments are processed by our payment provider, which receives your payment details directly. We receive your email address, plan and payment status, but never your full card number.

Analytics and cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free service that counts page views and button clicks in aggregate without identifying you.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time) for security, for a short period.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you (for example a contact message). California and EU/UK residents have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR. Email hello@supplementfactslabelmaker.com.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed at children under 13.
